Pricing

Our pricing model is based on a flexible and transparent approach that is defined by individual requirements and required efforts in each mandate. We offer demand-oriented hourly rates based on a graduated price scale. Our aim is to provide you with the highest level of cost transparency, be it through cost estimates, fixed prices or a service tailored to your budget. In addition, we support charitable organizations and social enterprises with special conditions and offer fair price advantages for start-ups.

All our prices are subject to a 3% out-of-pocket fee for general infrastructure and small expenses, plus statutory value-added tax (VAT). Third-party services, such as fees for authorities, notaries or external partners (in Switzerland and abroad), will be charged to you 1:1 without a surcharge. Of course, we also endeavor to include third-party costs in the offer.

In order to meet the different requirements of our customers, we work with flexible hourly rates aligned to the required delivery time. A longer delivery time gives us flexibility in the allocation of our time resources, and we pass these advantages on to our customers.

Our standard hourly rate is based on an average workload with moderate urgency. Services that have no urgency and are therefore highly flexible benefit from price advantages, while services with high urgency or a high availability requirement from the client trigger a surcharge.

An hourly rate itself says very little about the total cost of a service, which is why we prefer to provide you with specific cost estimates. In our quotations, we also show you transparently how the time component of the service provision affects the costs. Transparency is a key concern for us, which is why we prefer to provide you with detailed quotes for our services. These cost estimates give you a clear indication of the total costs and ensure planning security. Depending on the type and scope of a mandate, we can also offer flat fees or lump sums to minimize your cost risks.
